Who we are
Hawklist is a Shopify Signal Layer that recovers lost Meta CAPI and Google Ads conversion data for merchants. This policy applies to everyone who visits this site or uses the Hawklist.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly and the data processed when the app is connected to your store:
- Account information: name, email address, and store URL when you sign up or request a demo.
- Store data: Shopify order and purchase event data that the app processes to deliver conversion Pulses to Meta CAPI and Google Ads.
- Usage data: pages visited on this site, approximate location, device and browser information, collected to understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To operate and maintain the Hawklist and its Channels.
- To deliver recovered purchase events to the ad platforms you have connected.
- To provide support and respond to demo and support requests.
- To improve the product, monitor performance, and keep the service secure.
How we share information
We share conversion event data with the ad platforms you connect (Meta and Google) solely to deliver the tracking service you requested. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the service (such as hosting and form providers) under confidentiality obligations, and we may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We retain store event data and account information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
- Access and update the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable under local law.
- Export a copy of your data.

Security
